Service Description

Most general notarizations or General Notary Work (GNW) is conducted by a mobile notary, providing convenient, on-site notarization. This process includes: ✔️ Verifying document authenticity ✔️ Confirming the signer’s identity ✔️ Witnessing signatures ✔️ Assessing the signer’s mental capacity ✔️ Administering oaths when required ✔️ Affixing a notarial seal to finalize and protect the integrity of the transaction Notary Fees: Notary fees are regulated by the State of Maryland and are due at the time of your appointment. Travel Fees: Travel fees are separate from the notarial act and are calculated as follows: 🚗 $5 base travel fee 📍 $0.70 per mile (round trip), based on zip code For a precise travel fee estimate, please contact us before booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us at least 2 hours in advance. Please note that if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (No Show) $25 fee will apply.
