We provide specialized notary services for incarcerated individuals, ensuring that important legal documents are properly executed and notarized within jail or detention center settings. Our professional and discreet services help facilitate essential legal processes, offering clients and their families peace of mind. All correctional facility signing payments are due in full when booking the appointment. Payments are non-refundable if the signing is prohibited for any reason, such as facility issues or an inmate refusing to sign. Fees for Correctional Facility Notary Services: • Weekday $150 • Weekend $225
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us at least 2 hours in advance. Please note that if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (No Show) $25 fee will apply.
